Medicine Shipment Guidelines
- Medicines for upto 3 months alone can be shipped strictly.
- Medicine name in the Prescription and the medicine must match either in composition or name
- Sleeping dosage and narcotics cannot be shipped.
- Details required: a. manufacturing details, b. license number, c. batch number, d. expiry date
- For ayurvedic and homeo medicines the following is a must in each of the container:
- Original bill is a must for all medicines.(including across the counter medicines)
- Prescription in original (incase not available- same can be obtained locally at extra cost)
Documents Required
- Delivery address with full name and phone number
- Sender proof Aadhar card of somebody other than the name that appears in prescription and delivery address
- Passport copy and visa copy of patient
- Incase of greencard holder or permanent resident - USA passport or green card copy
Duration
- Depends on customs min 6-7 days
- However we will be supporting you with all the documents required and follow up with customs too
Rate
- Courier charges (First 500 g - Rs 3500/- , For every additional 500g - Rs 1000/-)
- Service charge (SC)
- Incase we purchase medicine : 10% of bill value or 250(min) whichever higher
- Incase medicine is given by client -SC =Rs 500/-
- If in customs, Duty charges will be apply and the same will be charged directly to client.
